Packing list for my upcoming five weeks of research, touristing, and conferencing
For comparative purposes, here is a link to my packing list for my 2011-2012 research year
HERE. My packing then, as now, obeys auntie Regan's two laws of packing:
1) Always carry extra underwear and socks in your carry-on (and by extension, sufficient toiletteries to keep yourself feeling human if you get stuck somewhere without access to your checked baggage).
2) Never pack more than you can carry by yourself, at once, onto a TGV.
