(no subject)
So, it's been a while! In the past week I've moved out of my office and my house in Boston, and now me voici back in Vernon at the beginning of September for the first time since 2001. I fly to France two weeks Tuesday. Cormac and I are going to spend one of those weeks road-tripping Vancouver Island (our current plan involves Victoria, Campbell River, Port Alberni, Tofino, Ucluelet, and Bamfield, as well as a stop in Vancouver). The rest of the time I'm home, see my to-do list. Today my mom and I are planning to go to Kelowna to shop for some new pants and possibly shoes for me.
Anyway, I owe updates on the following subjects:
Moving out of Boston and my trip home
Doings since I've been home
Geeking out over The Dirty Trad with Cormac
The closest I will probably ever come to personally shooting a deer
Yesterday evening at the IPE in Armstrong
