Hope springs eternal...

I've now reached the further-discussion stage with both the random people I emailed yesterday about housing, which is both good and... eep! I'm back in the awaiting-email phase now, though, which is also... eep.

But maybe there's hope? Because maybe there are some other procrastinators out there who are as desperate as me? It's a nice thought...

Anyway, now I must endeavour to stop pacing and accomplish stuff. All I've managed to cross off my master to-do list today is getting new running shoes (side note: except for the colour they're exactly the same as dear wee sis Morgayne's, right down to the half-size). I crossed it off with great vigour, but so much more remains.

I think finishing my History Department exit survey is beyond me tonight - I managed to answer one of the questions in a nail-biting hour last night - but perhaps I can settle down enough to work on some fic. The freaking-out one, I think. I don't know what to do about the other one - and yes, that is the one I used to think I had a handle on. Groan.

Also, SIR Vernon staff golf day tomorrow. EEEP! On the bright side, though, it means I can probably put off Silver Star Road for another day. Yay for small mercies.

l'art de demenager au canada, eep!
