Green Traditions

Yay! Spring Break!

No School tomorrow! No Work either! Instead I get to wear special articles of clothing reserved specifically for March 17th, including but not limited to: Shamrock socks, a clover pin, and various other green items, some of which cannot be seen by the casual observer as they are underneath other articles of clothing.

I also get to head to Marie Calender's for my traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage. The bonus this year is that I get to go for the lunch special instead of the pricier but nearly identical dinner version. It seems the other traditional aspect to my yearly pilgrimage will remain the same as well. For some reason I can never seem to get anyone to come with me. I don't understand how so many people can dislike something so tasty as corned beef and cabbage. Maybe it's just because I only get it once a year... *shrug* oh well, the Traditional Book Reading is entertaining too. And with no dining companions, no one will care if I forget to chew with my mouth closed.
