Recap: tech support for computer-based training at my job.

I just love getting emails like this (which happens once a day, at least):

Kathy - had some problems with one of the quizzes and page will not display for me. Can you reset this please. Thanks

See any problems with that? Like, oh, the fact that he doesn't bother to tell me what kind of problems he is having?

And the "page will not display" - from experience, I know that this can mean anything from "I'm too stupid to click on the link" to the window not opening to actual network problems. Without more info, I can do nothing, people!
