An idea...
Spent most of yesterday afternoon and evening reading various awesome people's blogs about sexism and misogyny against female characters and how no that character is actually not a Mary Sue just because she is sweet and caring and traditionally feminine.
And now I have a lot of overflowing ~feelings~.
I've always been very passionate about Lady Characters And Why They Are Awesome. (Or at least I've been passionate about it ever since I first entered the fandom world, learned that character bashing exists, and promptly rebelled against the entire concept, especially in regards to the various gross sexist ways female characters were dismissed.)
And I've been mulling over doing like a weekly Ladies Appreciation Post just to gush about my favorite fictional females and show them some love for a while now.
What d'you think? Would any of you read that?
