One of my favourite things to receive is an email telling me that this journal has been updated!
And this didn't disappoint. Loved the bit where Daniel finds himself arguing with a nurse :). And Jack's reaction.
Oh Castiel :(.

(Will there be any more 'Supply and Demand'?)

Heya :)

Thanks. Glad you enjoyed.

There will be more Supply and Demand, I am trying to fine tune the next couple of story lines before I begin hacking away it.

Thanks again

I like the concept of the war beyond a war and the key people (i.e. Dean and Sam) being almost invisible to the people in charge. It's very true to Supernatural (and to some parts of SGA -- the misfit mission). I think the tone worked well. You may want to label/name it as a separate one-shot rather than as part 6. When I read it first as a chapter, it really didn't work -- it felt too disconnected from what came before, particularly the shift into what felt like a more omniscent, shifting perspective for the narrative. When I started again and read it as a separate story in the same universe, I found it much more successful and very intriguing.

I agree with you completely. As a chapter, this installment has a different tone, style and feel to it. BUT in my mind all of the chapters of this little series have been one shots as I write each one with that purpose in mind. I thought about breaking this up and posting it in parts, interspersed with humour but in the end figured it stood better as a one shot.

Thanks though for the kind words, I am glad you enjoyed it and took the time to let me know :)

I love Sam W. and Daniel arguing over enochian and ancient. Your fictional language is more improbable than my fictional language. It's one of those weird fic-plot kinks for me. Haha. If I ever get around to writing my SPN/SG sequel, I'm going to imply they're actually related, since the flaws of them (english-based syntax and phonemes, vocabulary even.)

Also, love Castiel's faceplant on the table. Cas is all about dramatic entrances.

And I love the twist on the apocalypse.

(happy grin) It cracked me up too, which is why I included it. Since Enochian is an 'actual' made up language versus Ancient which SG1/SGA didn't even try that hard on... well, of course Enochian would be superior. Its got history! And Sam backing it.

Thanks - glad you liked the twist. :)

What about Gabriel? I can't imagine he isn't affected by what happened to the Earth. And since this fight doesn't involve getting between his brothers he is probably be more willing to do something.

Shhhh... don't say that too loud! He might hear you, :)

Thanks for the, ah, suggestion - I will keep it in mind. *flounces off to make changes on chapter 7*

Hope your RL is getting better. And I gotta say, although I am not very familiar with Stargate, this was wonderful. Winchesters in different setting with their angst and brotherhood is kind of a gist of crossovers for me and this one really scratched the itch. Come to think of it I have never read a fanfic where Dean and Castiel are just so foreign and different. Seems like Dean's stubbornness wins Castiel. Freeing Lucifer to join forces has never occurred to me but Lucifer might be a bit too vain to think he couldn't defeat the aliens without any help. I am now familiar with Stargate characters and I love the additional Hell angst of Dean's and now they all know angels are real and Lucifer is free and... and.... YOU CANNOT STOP NOW!! This is just a prelude, right? ;P When the time allows, and right mood strikes I hope to see what they are gonna do now. Thank you so much for
sharing your piece of awesomeness! XD

You always make me smile, me dear.

My rationale for making Dean and Cas slightly standoffish was they are still early/mid-S4 and kinda getting to know eachother. Haven't... bonded as much as they do later.

I won't stop here... I promise. There will be a chapter 7. I don't know when, but soonish. :)

Thanks again
