HOLY COW, MAN. Ok, so, I figured 'hey...working 50 hours a week will be cool. I'll be fine.'

So, with my 2 jobs I am working like, 46.5 hours so far and it's CRAZY. I'm at the mall every single day...I have one day off but I'm gonna go back on that day, anyways to pick up my paycheck. Dude. I don't know if I'll be able to do that 3rd job for my ( Read more... )

Good luck with your crazy work schedule. Sounds hectic! But, hey, good money right!?
Don't feel bad if you ditch out on that movie. I know it sounds corny but you have to stay true to you. On the other hand if you decide to stick it out don't think you are selling out. Everyone has got to start somewhere. I actually know a couple of really cool indy film makers in LA. If I hear of them needing anyone I will let you know! =) They aren't making money off of any of their films yet but maybe someday they will. One of them works at Sundance.

Oh and also how are you getting to be in a film? Do you have representation and if so how?

Sorry I'm nosy, but since I act as well I was wondering how I could get some exposure as well.

I don't live in Covina anymore. Now I live in DE. I'm not an actress either. Sorry. I wish I could help you. Why don't you audition for something at the Covina Playhouse?

The covina playhouse is closed for renovations. It's gonna be great. It's not even almost done yet, though, I don't think. :(

I'm a girl. DE is Delaware. . . as in DelaWHERE? Exactly. No one would want to live here or visit here. It sucks. My husband is in the Air Force. That is why we live here. I am very excited to be coming home soon though! Just 4 more months! Woo Hoo! =)

Yep! Covina!

I don't have representation. I go to Faith community church (The HUGE church on Badillo) and they have (well, had...they're leaving the church) this AMAZING production team that I am a part of called Next Level Productions. They put on plays and whatnot and I performed there and got experience on stage and backstage. So, I got to know people. AND...

My sister knows this guy who is sorta linked to NLP (long story) and he asked me to be in his independent film. :)

Yea, the schedule is insane. My double shift didn't go half bad the other day, though. I wasn't that tired at all. Shocking. Yeah, I just started this crazy hours thing. So, I think it'll show up on my next pay check. Hopefully.

I know what you mean. I am torn because like I said...I want exposure and experience but it's not that rgeat of a movie. So, what if it's bad exposure? OY! My heart isn't in it but then I think "If it ends up great I'll regret it."

That's SO cool about your Sundance indie film buddies. Yeah, totally tell them to tell yo uto tell me if they need anyone hahaha (so confusing).
