[The journal clicks on as it falls to the floor. Apparently its owner has very clumsily knocked it to the ground. The video stream is position so it's able to catch the edge of the bed and records a figure collapsing onto the mattress with an ungraceful fwump. The room is silent, except for the person's labored breathing as they struggle to shift

But really, it's kind of odd how badly he's taking the aftermath of his kidnapping, as outwardly there is almost nothing wrong with him. Aside from the nasty skin color, there are no cuts, no bruises, no broken bones. Even his clothes are clean and well-pressed.
...Of course, I say "almost" nothing wrong because if Luna manages to catch a glimpse of his left hand not right, as I fucked up which side was which, she will notice a very small and precise hole running straight through his palm, as if someone took a power drill to it.]

[And he was gone for a long time - longer than anyone else she can remember off the top of her head, so this isn't striking her as too odd. It's like they exhausted him completely before they dressed him up and returned him.]
[But, eventually, she spots that hole. Her head tilts more, to inspect it a little better, then she pulls a small book from her basket - "Healing Charms for All Your Occasional Accidents" - and starts quietly paging through it.]

[After flipping a few pages, Luna sets down the book and tries a simpler method first.]

You've been asleep too long, you know. It's time to wake up Ramirez, you should hear what you missed while you were gone. You were gone for quite awhile you know, so you have quite a lot to listen to, but you can only do that if you're awake.
[And she'll reach out to poke him softly in the cheek.]

He does feel that poke to the face though and almost instantly lashes out once she touches him, his hand clamping down as hard as he can on her wrist. Which, given the circumstance, isn't particularly hard. Luna could brush him off easily. This doesn't really mean he's awake though; that reaction was largely instinctual.]
