ABC Questions Answered

Hey everyone,
Today is day 1 of my ABC diet.
So a lot of people have been asking about the success of the ABC diet. Let me just say that it is extremely successful, my first go around i lost 6 pounds the first week alone. I owe the majority of my weight loss to following this plan. On the ABC you can do cleanses, in fact they are recommended. I have done the juice cleanse once, and while i was satisfied with the results i got bored with it quickly. i prefer just to do a normal colon cleanse. Tea cleanses are acceptable too. The vitamins i take while on this (and pretty much everyday) is a women's multivitamin. My multivitamin makes me feel nauseous in the morning so it kind of helps the not eating. I try to take it with coffee so Im not running to the toilet barfing though. I also take a vitamin B. I have recently switched from a B complex to B12. Very effective in controlling hunger. I workout at least 3 times a week, twice a day. i prefer to do my weight lifting in the early morning and my jogging the evenings. This diet can be done without any exercise at all, although i highly suggest some form of exercise simply since you see results faster. Day 1 and 2 are 500 or less calories so if you cant start today, you can pick up tomorrow as day 2 and still be on track. I will be tracking my calorie intake on here (hopefully daily) and i encourage everyone to do the same. Cant wait to see everyone's progress!!!!
