and chips (BOO!!!) 160

Dinner
Diet Pepsi 0

Total 377
Should not have had those chips. Very disappointed that i even ate them. I wanted to vomit after i was done.
No dinner for me tonight and im going to the gym at 5 for a brutal workout as my punishment.
