Renee's Monster Ark
On August 9th on the SciFi channel, Renee's movie "Monster Ark" will be shown. I don't have it where I live so that's such a bummer, but hopefully, i'll get to catch it sometime in one form or another.
For those not familiar with the movie, here's the synopsis:
Buried under the sands of Iraq world famous archaeologist David Solomon has found a clue to the one of the ancient mysteries of the Old Testament. Solomon’s discovery leads to a remote desert which contains the remnants of an ark. The team must fight off insurgents as they uncover the mystery. Things turn deadly as they discover this ark didn’t carry animals, it carried something evil. -- dreadcentral
Of her character, Renee says, "I play a character named Ava and she is not too dissimilar to Gabrielle in some ways, where she is interested in archeological facts and scrolls. She's an expert on all things to do with the area around the Dead Sea. They discover that there's another ark out there and they go to try to retrieve it to be the first archeologists who get this great find. But then, there has to be a monster involved.
