It's a bit scary, especially when my body says it's only around 35, and my mind constantly tells me I'm only 18 LOL
Which do I believe?
In truth, none of them. I deny I'm 50, tell people I'm still in my fourties, let my mind delude itself, and carry on with the body's idea it's 35 until i'm 80-ish.
I think that's the best plan.
After all, age IS just a number.
