OMG, You have just made my day. No week. No seriously MY YEAR. And I really wouldn't worry about the Moff. My six year old has more of an idea about plot continuity than that man, so I'm sure your readers will be immensely grateful that some one else has made sense of his ramblings (and before they even occurred to him.)
