thought i could fly when you held my hand

Okay so it's probably about time I posted about the hilarious, adorable awesomeness that is HIMYM. I was bored and I knew some of my flisters are all squeeful about it so I decided to check it out. I watched the first episode, just fell in love and marathoned all 4 series in less than a week. If you haven't seen all aired episodes there are SPOILERS under the cut. =]

...DARY! Sorry, had to do it.

> Which brings me to my first point. Barney Stinson is too awesome for words. True story. =P
> I think if I didn't know about Robin/Barney I may have been more squeeful about Robin/Ted. But then again I was always thinking "WTF this is pointless! You want different things!", so I guess that wasn't the only thing that put me off R/T.
> Marshall/Lily are so adorable! The first few episodes of S2 were so painful to watch because they weren't together. I totally teared up watching their wedding.
> I like Ted, he's really sweet, I just don't have much to say about him.
> Number of Whedonverse actors kinda freaked me out. Willow, Dr Horrible, Wesley, Fred/Dr Saunders, the Mayor, Inara, Andrew...
> Two words: Robin. Sparkles. LMAO I laughed SO HARD at "Let's Go To The Mall", and then "Sandcastles in the Sand" which is just epic in it's hilariousness. They've both been on repeat on my iPod. So bad they're good.
> This next point is going to be a big squeeful unorganised mess. Just warning you now.
> Barney/Robin is LOVE! I think my favourite moment is just before they watch the "Sandcastles..." video, when she's crying and he comforts her by talking about how lame she was. That was so adorable. And then that really hot kiss with the TIE GRAB! And then of course the hospital scene in "The Leap" with all the "maybe I want the trouble" stuff. And then typical Barney and Robin making out and then refusing to deal with it. Did I just say "making out"? WTF LOL. I'm really looking forward to more B/R in S5.
> Overall, this show is just made of win. =]
