Writer's Block: Volunteering
I don't volunteer, but the cause that I always give money to every year is the "Tools for Schools" collection that Staples helps out with. It's a cause that collects school supplies for the underprivelged kids in local cities. It's amazing what $30.00 can buy. I go around each year and pick up a bunch of school supplies that I know are needed in schools (I did elementary education in uni), such as scribblers, rulers, crayons and pencils and such and pretend I'm shopping for one child.
