eta: It'd be like, Scully and John going 'oh come on it can't be aliens' and Sherlock and Mulder going 'yes it is!' with mixed levels of glee, and the other going 'well ok it is' because they trust their partners. And it'd turn into American v British ("My soil, my case." "I had it first, and aliens are my thing.").... *omg*
