I see Jasmine hasn't changed. She's one of my favorite Buffyverse-villians because she believes what she does is actually helping the world, and she does it with a smile. And you brought back Doyle! Just to kill him again...
I feel a bit bad for James now, because he can't ever see the sunlight again.

Jasmine is definitely an interesting character. Joss did a good job creating her.

Do you mean if they visited other planets? Then no, he isn't. Even in certain dimensions he won't burst into flames when he's in the sun. In that two-parter episode where Cordelia accidentally ends up in Pyleah, and the guys go after her, and Angel didn't turn to dust in the sun...that's what it would be like for him in other planets/dimensions, but not Earth at all.
