Wee!!!! Conn and I made our first big purchase together last night! We'd gone down to a second-hand furniture store on my street intending to just look at their selection of beds, but ended up finding one we both liked, for a great price, and ended up buying it!

So as of Tuesday night, I'll have a queen bed to stretch out in!!! And next time he's ( Read more... )

Yeah, my spiffy new winter boots I bought a few weeks ago? Not so spiffy. I wore them for the first time this morning, and the first puddle I hit that was deeper than 1" (not hard to do!) and my right foot was wet. Left one took a few more minutes to decide it wanted in too.  So I got to work with completely soaked socks, and very cold feet!!
