Time, neglect, and Faramir's abject failure to ward off Sauron's forces have reduced my beautiful city to ruins. This cannot be tolerated. I am hereby posting an open call to anyone handy in the repair of cities to come to my aid and restore Osgiliath to its former glory as the true capital of Gondor.
