Easter and weird dreams
Happy Easter to all who celebrate it =) Me, I'm in it for the chocolate ;-)
went out to paceville last night for the first time in... 6 months. Was ok, but I was too tired to really enjoy it, and having to spend half the night trying to get someone to keep his hands to himself made me annoyed. Ah well.
I feel hungoverish, even though I had no alcohol. I hate how that happens after pv.
This morning I woke up pretty early and after a bit went back to sleep, since nobody else was up, and I had a really odd dream. It started off as me watching an episode of Alias (ok, sad, I know, but that wasn't the main part!), and then I sorta became part of what I was watching. Anyway, I was in the really weird building, with like 101 floors, and the apartments in it weren't numbered in order. Anyway, when I walked out of the building, I saw this man, who looked identical to my grandpa (who passed away about 10 years ago). So I go up to this man, and realise it IS my grandpa, and he recognises me and he's happy to see me and we hug etc etc, and he asks me if I've seen my grandma (who passed away 12 years ago) and I say no, because, well, they're both kidna supposed to be dead.
I realise that I'm in some sort of place where dead people are (ok, I know, but bear with me). I leave, and somehow later go back to this place by myself, and go into the funny building and find the right apartment, and there's my grandpa and grandma both there, sitting together, happy to see each other, and I stayed with them a bit and talked to them and stuff.
I know it was just a dream, but I dunno, was nice to kinda 'see' my grandparents again. I guess the dream was because I've noticed I've been missing them a lot lately, and wondering if they'd be proud of me if they were still here... stuff like that. Ah well. Mum said maybe they were trying to make contact and wish me a happy easter, but I don't really think I believe that lol. Even tho it would be kinda nice to think of it that way.
Anyway, I'm going to try and not analyse it too much, so it can just be a ncie dream =)
