abortion paper is done!
i just finished my paper for social problems on abortion. ugh. now i have to start thinking about my next speech. ugh. it was hard to write about the point of view that i don't believe. here is the disclaimer i put at the end of my paper for the teacher...
Just a side note... I bought a book off of Amazon.com for $5 about abortion. I found myself thinking, "This guy can’t be serious." I felt like I was reading propaganda. Here is a quote: "Pregnancy due to rape is extremely rare, and with proper treatment can be prevented." What? He goes on to say that since conception doesn’t occur immediately after intercourse, semen can be removed before the egg is fertilized. It is obvious that a man wrote this. Rape is the most UNDER-reported crime in the U.S. Most women don’t flee to a hospital to have semen removed after they have been raped. My guess would be that they flee to their home and cry in shame. I want to burn this man’s book even though it helped me in writing this paper.
researching this topic kind of made me sick. like seeing pictures of miscarried babies. ugh. and reading about ectopic pregnancy. or pregnancy in general. gross. i don't ever want kids. on a side note, i watched sugar & spice today because i was bored. it was so dumb but kind of funny. there was nothing on. shoot me. oh and fuckin a. i was flipping through the channels and saw s club 7 on fax family. oh my god. becky! you seriously like a song of theirs? it's like the british california dreams. does anyone remember that show? oh my god. it came on right after saved by the bell on saturday mornings. it had that kelly packard girl that does ripleys with superman now. and some guy named brent from tennessee. and i think they had a token black guy but i'm not sure. that show was bad. kelly packard was tiff. hahah i know my douche bag brother remembers that shit.
why are the clocks on computers always off? what the fuck. my computer was like 6 minutes slow and so is my dad's. so i changed it. hmmm.
i think i'm gonna go to bed.
