Awww... look... I'm updating again... like I said I would... no dannysgirlsg1 it had nothing to do with the fact that you were holding your breath. :P
Anyway, so Laurie and I decided to do our weekend thing next weekend so we actually have the whole thing instead of just half a day. LoL. So I'll be going out to Long Island this weekend instead. It's just gonna be annoying since I'll be out there for class on Friday, then I have to come home, and then go back out.
Awwwwwwwww! *cries* They were just doing the In Memoriam part of the SAG Awards and they had Don S. Davis' clip of him playing Hammond. Perfect! *sigh*
So I got Sims 2: Castaway for my DS today. I'm quite excited. It's already fun and I'm just running around the island trying to figure out how to catch a damn catfish. LoL. So apparently the Sim gets knocked off the dock into a shipping crate, which then falls off this ship and washes up on an island. That's so screwed up it has to be The Sims. LoL.
I'm going to try taking the bus back to the ferry tomorrow. We'll see how it goes. My class gets out at 12:40pm, the bus comes at 1:05pm, drops me off in PJ at 1:19pm and the ferry leaves at 1:30pm. I'm going to call Loretta at work and tell her that I'm testing out the bus so she'll be prepared if I screw the whole thing up. I'd only be an hour late, but I can't spring that on her.
I dug out both of my old lab notebooks, so I'm prepared for that. Labs don't start til next Monday, but I wanted them where I'd be able to get at them quick. I also found one of my old notebooks so hopefully that'll help a little too.
Well, that's it for now. Not much else to talk about. I'll make sure I update on how I made out with the bus and ferry and everything. I'm hoping I can just take the bus and not have to take a taxi. We'll see how close I cut it. I'm freaking myself out though. LoL. Worry, worry, worry.
