So I find this on my "edit userpics" page, and I stare at it for a good few minutes before I realize... "No, I'm not that tired. That just doesn't make sense."

So I consult with holytoastr who says the following:

i think they are trying to sell paid and sponsored accounts, but forgot key words like paid and sponsored.
