So, the current estimate is that the war in Iraq is going to cost the US three trillion dollars. For that money, we will get thousands of dead American soldiers, tens of thousands of injured American soldiers, hundreds of thousands of dead and injured Iraqi civilians, a more unstable Middle East, and the loathing of the rest of the world.
