HAHAHAHA!
IT WORKED! Wait, what worked? Where am I?
*Can't see a damn thing except darkness, pitch-black darkness and really fucking dark-darkness.*
*Stands up and stumbles around, trying to get a feel for his surroundings and jumps slightly when his hand comes into contact with a cold, damp, stone wall. He picks his way along carefully until he trips over something and bashes his head against the wall.*
OW! *Feels around for the offending object and deduces that it feels like a block of some kind of cheap, wood substitute, like
MDF.*
What the hell? *hollers* HELLO? IS THERE ANYONE HERE? AMANDIL? AMANDIIIL!? Where did you get to? :(
*Carries on feeling his way through the cave, watching out for errant blocks of MDF and listening carefully for any signs of life. He frowns slightly as he thinks he can hear what sounds like surf crashing on a beach. He takes a deep breath and smells the air, noting the slight ozone smell.* Okay. So I'm in a sea-cave. How the hell did I end up in a sea cave?
*Rounds a corner and spots a chink of light in the distance and speeds up, dashing his way towards it, caring not for the threat of MDF. He lets out a scream of frustration as he reaches the mouth of the cave, only to find that it's partially collapsed. He sets to work trying to shift some of the stones to make a gap big enough to squeeze through. Suddenly he has a brainwave and realises he can use some of that bloody MDF to prop up the rocks above to stop them falling in.*
*Finally manages to clear a space that he can crawl through, although it's a tight squeeze. He stumbles out of the gap, landing heavily on the beach and getting a face-full of dirty sand.*
*Looks around and tries to get his bearings.* Okay. Beach. Facing...*Looks up to the sky*...East? Maybe? But this doesn't look like Romenna...
Hello? Can anyone hear me!? *starts to panic ever-so-slightly* Ammî? Attô!? Ammîîîîîî!!! Amandil? Lord Númendil? ... ... ... Elentir?
