What's the worst that can happen? She could tell you to leave her alone so you'd be apart? That's exactly the position you're in now. At least if you go to see her you have a chance of changing that.
Go and talk to her. Let her know she doesn't have to be alone. If nothing else, you'll know where you both stand which is far better than vaguely worrying.
