Annoying Employers

Did you ever just wish that your employer would mind their own business? I mean - in a certain way I guess it is their business, but I'm just so pissy today that this is just one more thing to be pissy about ( Read more... )

Modern law makes it their problem. If you have back pain and your employer makes no effort to give you ergonomic perfection, they are liable for your medical situation. This, of course, is where all those back-pain-lawyer commercials come from.

Maybe you could request one of those insanely cool captain-style chairs with all the bells and whistles? [grin]

Yeah... I know it's their obligation... but I dunno... maybe they could say, talk to me first? Before I get a call from the ergonomics chick out of the blue? And then I could say, "no - there's no need to call her, I'm fine... a new chair's not going to help".

I dunno - I'm just annoyed at getting random phone calls and visits from this lady.
