Time
I sure would like to find a little spare time somewhere. The last 2 or 3 months have just been crush time.
First, I got a promotion at my job. A big one. I'm now in charge of lots of people, and keeping up with all of them, and getting the projects done, is hectic. I like it, but it's hectic. The money is very fine as well :)
Been making the rounds of the old folks too. Driving to Missouri, Bryan, etc. I enjoy seeing them, but it does get a little old too.
I miss the things I think of as mine. I haven't had the chance to shoot a picture in weeks. I look longingly at my cameras, and think "I should go out and shoot". But I don't, because I haven't had time. I desperately need to get out, ride the bike, shoot some pictures, see my friends.
I've got a yen to rent one of those cottages down in Fredricksburg, and just go hide - away from Job and family. Maybe meet up with a friend or three. Just relax on my own time. Be me a bit. Haven't been me in a while.
