The shape of things to come - already here?
Good Thursday morning everyone - who has not abandoned LJ, that is.
I admit, I am on Facebook. I like it here because I can put a whole lot more into my thoughts without running out of space allowed. I would feel like a person who has to keep calling to leave a message on a machine in three parts to make sure the person gets the whole message.
I get a weekly e-mail called Prophecy News Watch. Some of what is on there can be called alarmist. Yesterday I did something I have not done, but should when something in particular catches my eye - I went to web sites referred to in the news items. No, not some unknown or little heard of private web site set up by some well-meaning person, but web sites that are published by pretty big organizations.
The first article is entitled "Why is the National Guard recruiting for 'internment camp' cops?" While I did not go to the National Guard web site, I did go to the U.S. Army website, and found job postings for an "Internment/Resettlement Specialist." Click here to go to the job posting. It seems on the surface that this might be for solutions to the Guantanamo closure, but something else I read talks about putting some of these "relocation centers" on military bases and calling them "emergency centers."
Now we get to HR 645, which was just recently introduced into the house. Click here to go to the bill which was introduced. This bill, entitled "National Emergency Centers Establishment Act," would set up the internment/resettlement centers using bases on American soil which have been closed by Congress in years gone by, mostly by Bill Clinton, if my failing memory serves me. This lines up with things I have heard in the past about detention facilities being set up in these closed military bases.
I have seen on YouTube several videos various people have made of abandoned train depots that have the barbed wire on the fences, but pointing inward, as if to keep someone in, not out, and others. I just saw one of a facility in Tyler, TX which is run by Immigration, Homeland Security, and the Dept of Corrections.
It may be too late to do anything about what is going on right now - the secretive powers that are behind the scenes have been working very slowly and patiently at this for a long time. The water is almost boiling and our legs are almost cooked.
So, why bring this up? Simply, I want to be a watchman to the things going on so that those who read can get prepared for what is coming. Is there anywhere to go into hiding? Possibly. I would recommend stocking up in the event of a emergency, and a lot of Scripture memorization is definitely in order, as our Bibles will be taken away as they march us into these "Emergency Centers"
I know it sounds bad, real bad. Just remember, Jesus promised that it would get tons worse before it gets even more tons better. So, just keep watching the eastern sky, and keep your ear tuned for the sound of the trumpet.
