See these pliers? Pliers look rather boring, eh?
But see, these are special pliers. I've had a pair of
Craftsman RoboGrip Pliers since about 1996 when Sears sent a promo package to me at Bride & Groom Magazine, and they've been heavily used ever since. Know what's gone wrong with them? Absolutely nothing. I've never had the need to buy another pair.
Today an electrical repairman came over to repair a set of wall sconces that are hard-wired into the wall. He'd left his tools downstairs in his truck, and because I had my box of hand tools out, I said I'd grab my pliers for him. This professional repairman was so impressed with my old pliers that he said he asked where I got them and said had to go get some himself.
So there. Get some RoboGrip pliers. You'll be impressed.
BTW, this is a rare PUBLIC ENTRY, so please do not ask anything personal in your comments. Merci beaucoup.
Sheesh, is she so boring that she's pimping hand tools? Besides, "RoboGrip" sounds more like a G.I. Joe feature than a name for pliers.
