Okay so... I tried getting into that Mansion. Miss Myhrta was right; there's probably information in there and stuff.

But... [He shudders.] It was sort of like the Shadow Temple. I didn't feel right being in there. It felt really wrong. I kept trying to get out, and I was sure I could see things out of the corner of my eye

And no, I ain't seen much. South past the town there's a lot of water, might be able to get some fish if we can make a crude rod.

It's a lens that when you look through it, it shows you what's really there and not the illusions.

If I get some string and the wood, I can make a rod pretty easily.

I'd like that. I mean, there're plenty of berries and animals and things, we're not starving, but a few fresh fish wouldn't go amiss.

[He doesn't turn the communicator off - though he does try - so people can hear it over the feed.

They can't see him waving to North, though.]

Heh, course you didn't. I didn't wanna be seen. [He switches off his communicator and slips it in his pocket. The Rowan crown is not on his head anymore, but it is in his hand as he walks]

Because they're tasty? [He gives a shrug, still smiling. Of course, he hadn't actually tried to eat the Rowan Berries... yet, at least.]
