WOW, I cant believe it, the scale was way off. I really didnt gain 12 pounds, thank god! Today I started going to North Shore to work out, fun! Andre worked my ass off. I havent been so tired in a long time. Let me tell you! Wow, cycling is not easy, i give it up to those people that bike like 20 miles a day!No hw again tonight.
