Heart in Motion
I don't know if there is such thing as a power-stuck, but if there is, i know exactly what they are talking about. I sometimes feel like i just get caught in a whirlpool and can't begin moving on. My heart just spins and spins till i am disoriented, confused, and a bit nauseous. The old saying, "If you're not moving forward, you are moving backwards", i don't think that guy ever knew about whirlpools. Golly, it is crazy how much i seemed to press on the gas and i never went anywhere. Luckily, i have seemed to catch some ground and begin to move out of the muck that is around me and move to higher, dryer land. The whirlpool lost it's power and i feel like i am heading down stream once again. The real beauty is that i am going to find God when i reach the high ground, down the river. I sometimes forget to search for Him, and i could bet it is the main reason why i am in the whirlpool smuck in the first place. Beauty lies on the other side though, and that is where i am running. My eyes have been open and the new season is coming as my heart is set back into motion.
