She's also still waiting for Native Americans to pay us back for the task of herding them onto reservations and killing huge numbers of them. They should also give us some blankets to repay us for the disease-ridden ones we provided for the Cherokee nation.
It does provide an interesting glimpse into the paradigm that might drive her foreign policy. Let's invade China because they are wealthy and we could then eliminate our debt to them. Sure, that'll work.
