buying stuff online is so damn easy. deciding out of no where that you want something, and then poof, you order it and it's on its way. i decided yesterday i wanted a new computer tower, because the one that i have has the usb ports in the back, and everytime i want to plug something in, i have to haul out the whole tower and put it on the floor to find the damn port, and it's just too much of a hassle. so i bought one with the usb ports in the front. and it's pretty too. i think what may have sold me is the fact that it said it had a piano finish. i don't even know what that means other than the case is black and kind of glossy. they sold an ivory one too which was gorgeous, but i wanted to keep my whole color scheme in the same venue, and the black was pretty rocking too, so i'm really not going to complain. i heard piano and my brain went SOLD! plus after looking at maybe 100 cases yesterday, this was one of a few that caught my eye. sure there were others that were damn pretty and futuristic looking and shiny and lights and stuff, but i can't sleep with anything more than my clock pretty much, so anything with all neat colored lights was pretty much out, or i'd be up all night entranced by glowing pretty colors. so once the case comes, we will have one of two outcomes. first, i will try to make a transfer from one case to the other. i've never done that before, but i think it would be interesting to try. and if that fails, i may bug the guy at work who fixed my computer a couple of months ago. he said he enjoyed doing that stuff, so it's like giving him a fun hobby-type project. but this is only if i can't do it myself, which at this juncture could go either way really.
maybe i can sell my currently painted tower on ebay or something.
