The All-Inclusive Rob List of Things of Lists of Lists of Lists
I turned my mind off for a little week., I have a two-week break, then another class for 8 days, then a final exam on the Friday of Animazement, so I'll be getting there late.
I'll also be leaving sorta early Sunday, because I'm driving up to Jersey and such, where I'll be staying, eating, and resume blanketing for a few good days.
I'm not even sure what exactly I'll be doing this summer, aside from probably volunteering a lot cause no one is hiring law students apparently. Sooo, whatever, I'm at that sweet spot of apathy in my legal education. Still hopeful, but I can't sillydaddle about the woes of the economy in the meantime.
As far as excursions go, I already mentioned the aforementioned trip, which always incorporates NYC into it somehow. Then there's Animazement and Otakon. I might try to head t AX simply cause Kasey and Katie will be there, but I'll see if it work.
I've decided to nix Artemis from my Otakon list, so I have an opening there. AZ will consist of: Akira Takizawa (Eden of the East), Isaac (Golden Sun), Zaji (Tegami Bachi), Colonello (KHR), Natsu (FT), Celty (DRRR!), and Otani (Lovecom), with the likely debut of Quote (Cave Story) there.
Otakon will see the likes of Natsu, Zaji, Quote, as well as possibly Train (Black Cat), Roku (Pop'n), maaaybe Kisuke, and the likely debut of Ed from FMA, and maybe one other costume if I can add it on so I can round it at 8, though I wouldn't be surprised to see 10 on the list eventually. Though, no other anime has really interested me this season. I might turn to video games again and do someone from Peacewalker, cause Metal Gear cosplay has always been my dream. I'm half tempted to to do the moth-guy from Katanagatari cause he's adorable, despite me hating bugs. THAT ANIME NEEDS MORE CAT.
If I go to AX, it'll just be a big winging-it con, so yeah. I'm tempted to hit up D*C at the end of summer, and AWA is up in the air, especially if I go to D*C.
As far as other geeky items of interest go, I'm following Arawaka, DRRR, and Heroman, and keeping up with the S!J 3, as well as FT, TB, FMA, and KHR, while putting OFF Bakuman, Psyren, Kenichi, Kekkaishi, and the fnishing up of Shaman King till an undetermined date. Video games, uuuuuh, we have a Technika machine int he mall, and I'm getting back into dance games, while still playing Pokemon for the sake of training. Patiently awaiting Super Mario Galaxy 2.
I started up my food blog but it's not 100% a go-yet, but food +writing = <3. Still meaning to write my opus magnus sometime soon/in my lifetime, and then there's music, which, if I pull off an Armin Van Burren (no.1 DJ in the world who graduated from Oxford Law...yeah), I'll be very happy. I'm gonna probably sell off my drums though :<, while keeping my ugitar. I love drumming parts in music but alas, I never developed into them well. I also have Cosmic Gate's show in two weeks. I have to coerced more of my Carolina buddies into trance so that they can gow tih me ;x.
And I think that's it. I think my brain is off somewhere doing the macarena, whilest the rest of me is just standing here. I need more dew :
