I don't see a problem with sequel's. If you liked the original experiance, why not continue it?

There's nothign wrong with sequels. The problem, however, is when sequels take up 80% of the industry.

Original IP's just don't sell well in general. If a game doesn't have a number after the name then it's in trouble. That saddens me. Because it makes the industry stagnant.

By the way, 80% was taken out of my ass, but it can't be far off. Sequels/franchises are what publishers bank on.
