Sometimes I hate myself for letting my guard down (in terms of work quality) when I have too much on my plate. And I always make terrible things in a rush to get out of it. It is always after a project deadline that I'd think of more delightful ideas for a brief. Bad decisions are like ghosts who come back to haunt you not soon after they're made. And with bad decisions come a step further away from leaving this place for exchange.
Luck will not bring me on a plane, brains (and a lot of perseverance) will.
