I felt the benefit of weight-lifting as soon as I started doing it. The first thing I noticed was that it improved my posture and made me stand tall with my shoulders back without me deliberately doing it. I felt a nice tingly tension in my body, and just felt more confident and positive altogether.
How long have you been doing the weights for?
Haha! Keep on shaking what you've got. I wish I could see that! 😂

I was just thinking last night that I should maybe buy a treadmill for when the miserable winter weather arrives and I don't want to go outside. I used to have what we call an exercise bike here (stationary cycle), but that was fart oo boring and I could never persuade myself to use it. Maybe a treadmill would be just as bad? Cycling outdoors is much less boring.

Also yes you should buy a few of them for bad days, I would say a Stationary Bike and maybe a few light weights 5 to 10 lbs to start with xoxo

I've got quite a few weights lying around in my flat. I have cast iron ones and sand-filled ones. I'd actually forgotten about them until you mentioned it. In fact, I wish I didn't have them, because they're going to be a real pain in the arse to shift if I move house! But yeah, that's a good idea. I could do curls to start with.

Take it easy to start, and use lighter weights on arm on your pacemaker side to start with xoxo
