I ended up selling two homes this week. I sold a old Couple's home that are moving  to Washington State, to a younger couple in 40's, and both couples because friends with each other and with me. I helped the older couple in their late 60's find and buy a home in Washington State with the help of a seller there and their 2 sons that live in area so
