I'm in the Marathon! It's for a good cause!

I'm running the 5K on pre-race day (Saturday) here in Los Angeles. I'm running (well, walk-running, wunning?) for OPCC, the organization where Sojourn does its stuff. Sojourn runs shelters for victims of domestic violence, especially battered women and their children who have no other place to turn. I love volunteering with this organization: The staff is wonderfully supportive of all of the volunteers, and I experience joy each time I get to interact with the clients in the programs. Please help support me and support them by coming down to cheer for the runners on Saturday or Sunday, or donate!
