MONKEY D. LUFFY

Monkey D. Luffy. The man who will, undoubtedly, become Pirate King. Chopper has the highest faith in this person who has moved mountains and fought for each of them with his very life. To Chopper, there is no man better entitled to the title of "Pirate King" than Luffy. Of the entire crew, Luffy and Chopper are probably the most childish and are thus able to relate to each other on a more simplistic level. But Chopper knows that he can trust Luffy with his dream, and will fight to protect his captain's in turn.
In Luceti, there are many things that Luffy can't fight. He can't fight the Malnosso, He can't fight the barrier, he can't fight the kidnappings. Through it all, Chopper retains a dazzling respect and pride in his captain, because Luffy refuses to believe that there is no escape. The reindeer believes in his crew and Luffy is no exception - however, Chopper isn't ignorant to the extreme mental stress that Luceti is pushing upon him. Luffy isn't used to being unable to fight things, and has taken to blaming himself for every misfortune. Nobody in the crew wants to see it, but Chopper fears for his captain's mental health.
RORONOA ZORO

While Chopper makes role models from everyone in the crew, there's no doubt in his mind that Zoro is essentially the coolest. Intimidating but compassionate, seemingly distant but viciously protective of his crewmates. Zoro manages to do everything he does with a style and badassery that Chopper could only ever dream of. Zoro isn't afraid to treat the youngest Strawhat as an adult, and while Chopper does have more needs emotionally, the swordsman's frequent refusals to coddle him are a necessary reminder to him that he can't live in his own innocence forever.
Zoro has proven himself to be as dependable and steadfast as always, even in the face of the Malnosso and Luceti's many dangers. His overprotective streak has also been transferred over without a hitch; while there are things that the crew simply can't fight against, their swordsman has shown his ability to go tooth and nail against what they can without hesitation.
NAMI

Nami was one of the first Strawhats that Chopper ever treated before he joined the crew. She was also the first one that he spoke openly to - and while their conversation consisted mostly of Nami talking and Chopper flailing at her, the fact that she was completely unfazed by him being a reindeer was enough to jostle his entire world. She, along with Luffy, even went on to ask Chopper - a blue-nosed reindeer monster - to join their crew. Him!
Luceti has...problems with Nami. It seems like every time the crew turns around, she ends up getting attacked by villainous villains or kidnapped by jerks with flaming eyebrows. Months ago, Chopper was forced to re-break her fingers after a crew enemy healed them in the wrong position. The memory of her fingers snapping in his grip and her consequent screaming will never quite leave the reindeer's mind. She has long forgiven him...but there's a part of himself that never will.
Even so, Nami's kindness (and scariness) has hardly been curbed by the hellhouse that is Luceti. Strong-willed, bright, and cunning, the navigator unfailingly serves as yet another beacon and role model for the youngest crew member.
