so much to do, body not cooperating

Guess it isn't a good idea to take Skelaxen every 4 hours yesterday to relieve the pain in my shoulder - I woke up with my diaphram almost locked up from stomach pain. Feels like Vagle Nerve disorder has set in - the last episode was at least 6 years ago.

Must try to break diaphram spasm with breathing before I have to be carted away in an ambulance...
