I am putting $15,000 down on a condo in Oak Lawn. It’s really cute and in a part of town close to the arts district as well as most of the writing/communications work to be had in this area. I have plenty of room for all my stuff, a garage, and sidewalks where I can roller blade. I don’t live too far from my friend Tom and his brother David. I can walk down the street and hang out with them on boring afternoons. I have a room where I can set up my easel. It has a huge craft counter where I can make great messes. I love this place.
I invest about $5,000 in Martha stock. When she gets out, all hell is going to break lose.
With $2,000, I go clothes shopping.
