New songs. New member.
New merchandise. New nose piercing.
It's been 2 months since we've played a show. I very well may kill myself onstage or something. Please come. We have "important people" coming. Also, we're being taped for video footage, DVD stuff, etc. So, the more people supporting us and singing along, or even pretending to enjoy us, the better. Oh, and please say our name when they ask you who you're there to see. It's very important.

I'm sorry that all I have to say on here revolves around the band. I just think that the boundaries of privacy have been transcended by the drama-craving vampires of the LiveJournal world. And everything seems completely impersonal anymore(ellipsis)The reason I post about the band is because, that's what a journal is for: Talking about your life. Well, the band is my life.

And, I'm not using you all to get heads in the door. To be honest, I could care less if you don't come. Because, I think it's rude of me to expect you to support me, or the guys, or spend your money, or whatever. But, when you do come, I feel at home on that stage. I feel at home on those smoky patios and sweaty rooms filled with the people I love. And I appreciate the hell out of every single face that walks through the door, or sings along, or even walks out while we're playing, because, intentions aside, they are motivating me. They are supporting some musician in the room, financially, morally, spiritually?, emotionally.

As lame as it sounds, that stage is like a therapy session for me. So, if you want to see who I really am,
and not that cardboard cut-out of me that exists on LiveJournal, or MySpace; see me onstage.
That's me.
Talk to me afterwards, when I'm shaking and stuttering and puking? and bloody?
That's me.
I am not the self-righteous words you're reading on your computer monitor.
I am not the pictures in your head or songs in a stereo.
I am the all-singing, all-dancing, emotional rollercoaster that you see onstage.
I am that voice. That ugly ugly voice. That's cooing something about loss, or love, or lack thereof.
I am that entirely typical, completely cliche character who feigns happiness and craves melancholy.
I am nothing. Completely N/A im the currency of time.
