Hibari stepped out of the abandoned building into the street. There was nothing but trash all around and he felt the strange urge to want to fine someone for being so disgusting. Then again, this entire place was a wasteland filled with nothing but lowlifes and today, for the first time? He had the chance to meet one and get rid of him once and for all.
Hibari laughed to himself, kicking empty cans as they rolled past him. This Allen didn't seem like much of a threat, would he actually have a good time biting him to death? No, Hibari decided. He wouldn't waste his time on someone so defenseless. Scaring him a bit would give a him a laugh, though. A laugh was what he needed right now or he'd go crazy and kill anyone in his path.
He soon came upon his destination and lend against the wall. Allen should be there any minute now.
