Not translating the whole thing but in a nutshell, Matchy was the one who nudged Higashi into it, saying that "isn't it a good age for him to get married already?". Higashi turned to Matchy a lot for advice on marriage. Matchy hopes that their marriage will influence their work and their life positively from now onwards.
Nicky has heard a lot of good news in his life, but he has never felt more happy. He is looking forward to news on a second generation.
Katchan feels really happy, as if it was his marriage haha

Narimiya Hiroki (Kimura's kouhai (agency)) regarded Kimura as his big sister, so he can't believe that she's now married XD He's a bit lonely because of this but he's really happy for her too.
Sasaki Nozomi (same as Narimiya) is of course, really happy for them and hopes that Kimura will remain pretty, cute and lovely as always. She wishes the both of them happiness.
