Shounentai - Silent Dancer

Dec 11, 2006 11:35

So I am finally video editing software literate and I'm in the process of converting my Shounentai VHSs into a digitized format. The first offering I give you is the 6 minute Silent Dancer promo video they released in 1988 when they were the faces of Seiko's Avenue watches. I wish I had this song, because it's late 80s awesome. Oh and ps it was 980yen at release. That's over a buck a minute!

Can we talk about how thin Kacchan is?

Anyway, the interview part is your standard "We'd like to stay as Shounentai forever, I love music etc etc."
The highlight would be:

Interview: Are you a morning person?
Higashiyama: No, I overslept this morning.
Interviewer: Who's the worst with mornings?
Higashiyama: Uekusa of course.

I don't know about you, but my favorite part is when they all pull their sleeves up to the beat to reveal the watches. That was A+ lulz.
I'm digitizing Aitsu to Lullaby and Time-19 right now. Later on I'll do Cappriccio and Mystery.

EDIT: Wahh, someone fix the layout of this community pls. I can make graphics but I have had it with coding.
NVMD. If you want something done, you gotta do it yrself! tanokin
