LXXVII: A Favour too far
My everything hurts...literally. These last two days I have been moving my grandparents stuff for them. Now moving a house normally you would think...yeah, thats not too hard but of course this is my grandparents. So that means that they have a fair bit of accumulated furniture which is heavy...meaning they can't really move it themselves so I had to be on an end almost all the time. Now I was basically working yesterday with that from 1pm to 10pm which may not sound like much but this was pretty much constant and very heavy. I was so relieved when that day was over.
I woke up this morning after hardly sleeping thinking that all was over for me...but it was only starting...I had to go around again and this time we had to pack all the small things into boxes because they hadn't been prepacked and then move those...basically lets just say I was pretty dead by the end of it. And that's how I've been. The job still isn't finished. Theres still stuff at the old house and theres furniture packed outside the front of the new one...but I've done all I can so they'll just have to survive for the rest of the day. I've had a headache pretty much all day as well.
I was happy to work for one day...by about 8pm on the first day I was happy with the amount of work I'd done...but everything after that just killed...and all we got out of it was $20 for tea the first night...which ended up not even being enough to cover it. While my grandparents managed to save what could possibly be $1000 on not getting professionals to do it...but who knows what they took off their life span...and mine.
Anyway as for VCE results wise I'm not all that happy...I didn't get into the top 10% and didn't get enough for the course I wanted so my ENTER is basically rubbish to me...I could have slacked off all year and still had enough to get into the games course so I feel like I killed myself in that respect for nothing as well...maybe I should just stop killing myself...it seems to only be ending in badness
But there is positive news...I got accepted into Murrumbeena so I have a place to live next year...woo for that.
EDIT: (This is just some stuff that happened since writing this that I figured didn't deserve a whole new thingo)
Mielz came on as I was writing this and as some of you may know she's in Japan. Anyway she went to a Shonen Jump convention today...which is basically a big anime con. Not only did she see the voice of Naruto but they actually spoke...as in Mielz was in one of those interview sort of things and Naruto's voice noticed her especially and asked her how she was...I mean how totally awesome...SHE SPOKE TO NARUTO!!!!!
Sure I may be the only one excited about that here but she was pretty excited about it too...I mean NARUTO...NARUTO!!!!!!! Maybe I should have kept my exitement to her...but she spoke to NARUTO...I mean a girl who has that happen to her is just awesome...NARUTO!!!!!
